My first event is for Year 11 GCSE English students, studying the AQA Board called
'Tips and Exam strategy to maximise marks in 'Language Paper 1'
What will the seminar be about?
I will begin with the importance of preparation and mindset
I will then by set out an exam strategy that gives control of the exam to the students, literally, where and how to start the exam and the time for each question.
This will be follwed by a brief discussion on each question and what the examiners want you to focus on as the key aspects of the question.
What you must do
Date/Day/Time: Saturday 3rd May 10-11am
There are a minimum of 10 places up to a maximum of 100
The cost is £5 per student
1. Each student must have a personal (non-school email)
2. On payment you will be sent a Microsoft Teams Link
3. The seminar is for you to take notes and to plan your approach in the exam.
